Digital Designs
Due to the digital nature of the product, returns or refunds are NOT accepted for any of the digital products. If you have any issues with the files please contacts us @wilderiadesigns@gmail.com.
Fabrics
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you.
TERMS:
- You contact us within 7 days of receipt
- You must contact us before returning the item
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- A return tracking number is required. The refund will be given, after we have received the item. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items
NOTE: All clearance and seconds bags are final sale
We do our best to take pictures that represent the true colours of the fabric; however, different devices and monitors display colours using different palettes, so we can never make the photo correct for everyone. It is important to check your fabrics and make sure you are satisfied with the colours, prior to washing.
We do our best to detect flaws, but occasionally they may slip past us. Please contact us if this happens so we can discuss it; also please be aware that as fabric is ultimately an organic product and thus imperfect, very small flaws and imperfections are considered normal and acceptable in the industry and may not be refunded. Returns will NOT be accepted after the fabrics have been cut or washed!
For custom fabric orders, we do not take responsibility to ensure that the files are correct, colour are right or the designs are seamless. If you are concerned about the files, please feel free to message us before placing the order.
All issues need to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt, or they may not be considered.
